Contemporary Touring Initiative Venue Confirmation Form

Applicants for Contemporary Touring Initiative (CTI) Funding must demonstrate that Venues have confirmed hosting dates for the Exhibition subject to Funding being obtained. This form should be provided by each Venue that will host an Exhibition that is subject to an Application for CTI Funding. NOTE: Tours must be confirmed.
