Application Forms and Program Guidelines

Eligible organisations may apply for funding under the Visions of Australia program. Eligibility criteria are specified in the Program Guidelines. Funding is not available to individuals or for commercial enterprises.

Tours supported by Visions must travel to venues across Australia, one of which must be in different state or territory, than the one the tour originated from. In accordance with the program aims, tours which include regional and remote locations and/or which will travel to a wide range of locations may receive more favourable consideration.

Funding from the Visions of Australia Program is available for two types of activities:

Development: this funding assists with the costs associated with planning and developing a touring exhibition. To apply for funding for development click on the below link.

You must include an Expression of Interest Form from each venue that will potentially host your Exhibition.

Touring: this funding assists with the costs associated with touring an exhibition. To apply for funding for development click on the below link.

You must include a Venue Confirmation Form from each venue that will host your Exhibition.

Applicants are also strongly encouraged to seek additional sources of funding including sponsorship.

Application package

The Program Guidelines and application form are available online. Before completing your application, you should read the Program Guidelines carefully to ensure that both your organisation and your planned activity meet the eligibility criteria. You can complete the application form electronically.

All applications MUST be received by the closing time and date. Late applications will not be accepted.
