Request to vary activity
Your Funding Deed requires you to obtain the Commonwealth's approval before you make any changes to the exhibition that was approved for funding. You do this by requesting a variation. An example would be a change of venues on a tour or a proposed extension to the closing date of the exhibition. This request must be in writing and cannot be made retrospectively. Please use the Request to vary activity form if you are submitting a variation request.
