Statutory review of the Refundable Film Tax Offset
The statutory review of the Refundable Film Tax Offset was conducted by the former Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts under former Section 376-110 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. In line with the legislation, the review was completed by 4 September 2006.
The report of the review was tabled in Parliament on 6 December 2006. The submissions to the review (other than confidential ones) are available here and the report of the review is available on the right-hand side of this page.
