2010 Review of the Australian Independent Screen Production Sector

On 17 February 2011 the Minister for the Arts, the Hon Simon Crean MP, released the Australian Government's Report of the 2010 Review of the Australian Independent Screen Production Sector.

The statutory review of the Refundable Tax Offset was conducted by the Department under Section 376–110 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. In line with legislation, the review was completed by 4 September 2006 and was tabled in Parliament on 6 December 2006.
