- Festivals Australia - Funding for regional and community festivals to present a new or special cultural activity .

- Australia Council for the Arts - The Council's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts Board (ATSIAB) supports traditinal arts and practices and the generation of new forms of Indigenous artistic expression in both urban and rural areas. It provides grants and fellowships.

- Office of the Registrar of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations - ORAC provides a range of training programs for members of the Governing Committees/Boards of Indigenous corporations about the Aboriginal Councils and Associations Act 1976 (ACA Act), the corporation's constitution and other aspects of effective governance
- Indigenous Business Australia - fosters economic development to promote an increasing level of business participation among Aboriginal and Torres Strail Islanders and delivers the Indigenous Business Development Program
- Indigenous Small Business Fund - The fund helps Indigenous organisations to develop business management skills, identify and clarify business opportunities and enhance business prospects.
