Lending Rights Online temporarily unavailable

Lending Rights Online is currently unavailable due to ongoing technical issues.

Please note that the closing date for the 2012-13 Public Lending Right (PLR) and Education Lending Right (ELR) programs is 31 March 2012. All title claims must be received before this date to be included in the 2012-13 PLR and ELR programs.

If you wish to register as a claimant, submit a title claim or change your personal details, please complete the relevant forms on the Lending Rights page.
