Report to parliament on the implementation and operation of the APRA complimentary licence scheme
The House of Representatives Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs released its report Don't stop the music! on its inquiry into copyright, music and small business in June 1998. The Committee recommended that APRA introduce a complimentary licence scheme for small businesses as soon as possible. It also proposed that the then Department of Communications and the Arts monitor the implementation and operation of the scheme. This document is the Department's Report.
