Visions of Australia request to vary activity
Your Funding Agreement or Funding Deed (as the case may be) requires you to obtain the Commonwealth's approval before you make any changes to the Activity that was approved for Funding. You do this by requesting a variation. Examples of circumstances requiring a variation would include a change of venues on a tour, a proposed extension to the closing date of an exhibition, a variation within the Budget items greater than 25% or the introduction of a new expenditure item in the Budget. This request must be in writing and cannot be made retrospectively. Please use the Request to vary activity form if you are submitting a variation request.
