Highlights from this year’s #PMLitAwards ceremony.

20 November 2019

Great Australian writers, poets and historians gathered at Parliament House, to acknowledge and congratulate the shortlists and winners of the 2019 Prime Minister's Literary Awards.

Despite two divisions in the House of Representatives resulting in the temporary exits of the Prime Minister, the Hon Scott Morrison MP, and the Minister for Communications, Cyber Safety and the Arts, the Hon Paul Fletcher MP, the ceremony was a complete success filled with humour and heartfelt acknowledgements, held together by Annabel Crabb and the good-natured authors and guests.

Take a look at the ceremony highlights video and photos in the Gallery.
