Each year thought leaders from Australia and overseas come together for the Digital Directions symposium to look at new ways to improve the digitisation of our cultural treasures so they can be shared and enjoyed by more people.
The symposium is held by the National Film and Sound Archive in partnership with the National Archives of Australia and the National Library of Australia.
Hear from some of the key players in the GLAM (gallery, library, archive, museum) sector on the challenges and benefits of the digitisation of cultural collections in our highlights video.
