Here's what you need to know if you have received grant funding through one of our programs.

We understand the serious impact COVID-19 is having on the delivery of arts and cultural activities, including those supported through our funding programs. Please be assured that we will continue to provide administrative support for funded activities.

If you have received funding through the following programs, this information is for you:

  • Visions of Australia
  • Indigenous Repatriation Program—Museum Grants
  • Indigenous Visual Arts Industry Support (IVAIS) Program
  • Indigenous Languages and Arts (ILA) Program
  • Festivals Australia.

If you receive funding from the Australia Council please refer to their website at: www.australiacouncil.gov.au/about/covid-19.

If your activity will be affected, please get in touch with your program officer and we will work with you to make sure your funding agreement is managed as reasonably and flexibly as possible. You will be able to find contact details for the program at www.arts.gov.au/funding-and-support.

If you think there may be an impact because of COVID-19 on the deliverables, timelines or reporting of your funded activity over the coming weeks, please contact your program officer to discuss options. We will approach any requests from you as flexibly as we can and if changes can be accommodated, we can do this via a variation to your current Commonwealth funding agreement. Every effort will be made to make this process as simple and streamlined as possible.

Our program officers will also be making contact with recent funding recipients via email in the coming days.
