Institute of Modern Art—Waterland

Waterland presents contemporary women's fibre practices from saltwater and freshwater country around Australia.
Museums & Galleries of NSW—Void
$118,785 Touring funding
Void brings together contemporary Aboriginal artistic practice and invites audiences to experience multiple ways of Indigenous seeing, knowing and understanding.
The Cad Factory—Haunting
$77,880 Touring funding
The project features stills and video captured from images of museum objects and historic photographs cast onto late evening and early morning fog as it rolled over the Murrumbidgee River.
Art Gallery of NSW Trust—Archie 100: the prize that made a nation
$136,001 (over two years) Development funding
The project will celebrate the centenary of the Archibald Prize in 2021. It will feature selected entries to the prize over its 100 hundred year history, capturing the evolution of portraiture as an art form in Australia.
National Archives of Australia—Spy: Espionage in Australia
$226,902 Touring funding
The project displays historic security and intelligence artefacts and provides a unique insight into the lives and experiences of intelligence officers.
Umbrella Studio Contemporary Arts—Legacy: Reflections on Mabo
$180,387 Touring funding
The project celebrates the legacy of Eddie Koiki Mabo. It brings together a selection of high-calibre artworks by Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists in the spirit of reconciliation.
The project will engage 20 artists to create a survey of Australian textiles practice and will focus on the connection between textiles and technology.
Hazelhurst Arts Centre—Weapons for the soldier: protecting country, culture and family
$154,527 Touring funding
The project brings together Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists to examine themes of weaponry, warfare, and protecting country. It was initiated by young men from the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands with support from senior artists.
