The Anzac Centenary Arts and Culture Fund supports arts and culture projects that commemorate the centenary of the First World War from 2014 to 2018.

About the fund

The Anzac Centenary Arts and Culture Fund is providing $4 million over four years from 2014 to 2018 for arts and culture projects that interpret, explore and contribute to the Anzac story and the Anzac legacy. The fund is part of the Australian Government’s Anzac Centenary national program to commemorate the centenary of the First World War and a Century of Service by Australia’s servicemen and women.

The fund is delivered through two streams: the  Production and Commissioning Fund and the Public Grants Program.

Projects supported through the fund give Australians the chance to express their own history of service and sacrifice; it also gives Australians the opportunity to explore how this service and sacrifice shaped our nation.

Under the leadership of the Creative Advisor, the Creative Advisory Panel is responsible for animating a broad reaching arts and culture program that commemorates the Anzac Centenary.
