The second evaluation of the National Arts and Disability Strategy will assess the impact of government initiatives and activities during 2013–2015 in supporting inclusion in the arts for people with a disability. The first National Arts and Disability Strategy evaluation assessed outcomes under the Strategy for 2009–2012.

As part of the 2013-15 evaluation, a consultation survey was conducted to learn how effective the National Arts and Disability Strategy was in 2013-2015. The survey was open from 16 May to 17 June 2016. The survey sought feedback from artists, arts/cultural workers, representatives of arts disability organisations, representatives of arts or cultural organisations and representatives of disability organisations. The responses will be used to inform an evaluation report that will be submitted to the Meeting of Cultural Ministers in 2017.

The National Arts and Disability Strategy 2013–15 evaluation issues paper gives an overview of the evaluation and outlines issues the evaluation will consider.
