The Australian Lending Rights Schemes recognise the contribution of Australian creators and publishers to our culture and storytelling.

If your books are held in Australian public, school, university or TAFE libraries, you may be eligible for annual payments through either the Public Lending Right (PLR) and/or Educational Lending Right (ELR) schemes.

The schemes provide compensation for the free multiple use of books in lending libraries and promote the enrichment of Australian culture by encouraging the growth and development of Australian writing and publishing.
