Newly awarded grants set to put Australian artists on the world stage
The International Cultural Diplomacy Arts Fund (ICDAF) grants will give 7 Australian music and dance organisations an international platform to share their artistry.
ICDAF supports activities in Australia and around the world to promote the Australian Government’s international arts and cultural engagement and cultural diplomacy priorities.
The recipients include:
- Papunya Tula Artists
Artists to participate in public programming for First Nations art exhibitions in the United States. - BlakDance Australia Ltd (auspice on behalf of Jacob Boehme)
The development and pilot of Guuranda 2.0 in Chennai, India. - Performing Lines Ltd
Moongahlin Performing Arts’ tour of The Visitors at the Auckland Arts Festival 2026 in New Zealand. - Wantok Music Foundation
Cultural exchange and recording projects in Timor-Leste and the Solomon Islands. - Auspicious Arts Projects Inc (auspice on behalf of Brendan O'Connell) - Dumulmeori (where two rivers meet)
A Korean-Australian Dance Program to build Korean and Australian connections through contemporary dance. - Australasian Dance Collective - Bad Nature
Tour of Bad Nature to the Netherlands and France in October to December 2025. - Chunky Move - U>N>I>T>E>D performances in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and India
The innovative dance work, U>N>I>T>E>D, will be performed in Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong in September and November 2025.
ICDAF is part of our National Cultural Policy – Revive.
