Revive Live aims to create a sustainable Australian live music ecosystem through supporting established live music venues to continue operating and preventing the cancellation of Australian live music festivals.

Venues and festivals are vital to artist development—allowing them to grow audiences, build their profile, and earn an income.

Grants are available for established venues and live music festivals undertaking activities that:

  • Support a resilient and sustainable operating environment
  • Increase performance opportunities, including the development and discoverability of original contemporary music by Australian artists
  • Improve accessibility at venues and music festivals through providing participation opportunities for audiences and career pathways for musicians and music workers with disability. This is a particular focus of this round.

The program has been extended into 2026–27, with a further $16.4 million in support over two years. This is in addition to the $8.6 million committed under the 2025–26 Budget.

Applications close 11.30pm (AEST), 26 September 2025.
